The Advisory Committee of the Board of the Cante de las Minas Foundation yesterday afternoon held a working meeting chaired by our Mayor and Executive Chairman of the Cante de las Minas Foundation, Francisco Bernabé, which was attended by leading experts in the art of flamenco who are active members.

Among other topics, the Committee addressed issues relating to the organization of the next edition of the Festival scheduled to take place August 6th to 16th, the gala shows and contests, as well as the selection process.

Also discussed were various aspects related to the institutional recognition of the event and other issues surrounding the current flamenco scene in the municipality.
